What We Do

Sunday Morning Youth

Come worship with us at either of Aldersgate’s worship experiences or volunteer in Children’s Worship. Then join us for Sunday Morning Youth in the basement from 10:10 am – 11:00 am. We have community time to share, pray together, and discuss scripture or a relevant issue! Depending on the Sunday we may all be together, split up into age level groups, have Girl Time or Guy Time, have a youth led lesson, or one of the adult volunteers or Youth Pastors will facilitate our discussion.

Girl Time and Guy Time

Girl Time and Guy Time started out of the desire of the youth to be able to share deep issues and struggles in a group where they feel safe and supported. Girl Time and Guy Time is not a program, but rather community time to allow the youth to be the Body of Christ for each other. While adult volunteers and Youth Pastors are there, there is no leader or set agenda. The youth are simply allowed to share what they need to share, get advice from peers, and receive prayer. Wednesday Night Youth

Take a break from your week to spend time in worship and community! We hang out from 6:00pm-6:45 pm and then worship from 6:45pm-8:00 pm. Worship includes (but isn’t limited to!) singing led by our Youth Praise Band, prayer experiences, studying scripture, sharing, discussing issues we face, learning about world issues, and missions projects.
