Hello! I am Elisha Rowe, the Director of Nursery Ministries here at Aldersgate. I am fairly new on staff here (I started April 2009), but am very excited for what God has in store for our Nursery Ministry. I grew up mostly in Amarillo and moved to Lubbock after marrying my high school sweetheart and best friend, Trey, in 1996. We began our family soon after with our oldest son, Dustin. Our second son, Bryan followed 3 years later, and our daughter, Jadyn, came 3 years after that. Being a mother is my greatest joy in life!

I have worked with children since I was 18 and studied Human Development and Family Studies at Texas Tech. I am very honored to be to be in charge of the care of our sweet, little ones. I believe that it is in our Nursery that our children will have their first experiences of Jesus. I hope to teach them who God is and the amazing love He has for them! Fun facts about me: I am learning to play guitar. I love to travel and someday hope to go to Italy and Greece. I collect spoons from all my travel destinations and have 35 in my collection, but my most prized spoon is the one my dad gave me from Spain. Ask me about it sometime, it’s a funny story!
